If Only They Could Talk – 10th

Shoes

High stilettos, diamond encrusted, black

That’s what I need, not plain flats.

Or sneakers to get some grip

That way I wouldn’t trip

Wellingtons, might come in handy

Cross that water in a dandy

Slippers?  Nice and cosy

Could rest then, come back feeling rosy

Ugg Boots, they’re multipurpose

At least they look it on the surface

Though I’m rather fond of high heels

I’d share them, I’m not a selfish eel.

We could go out and paint the zoo red

When the keepers think we’re in bed

I’m going to order some off Amazon

Toodles, I’m going, going, gone
