a rainbow in words- 7th

Outback Beauty

Some would say the palate was bland
Some wouldn’t heed or realize
That there is beauty in this guise
That this landscape is something grand
This broad expanse of open land
Unblemished cloudless cobalt sky
Golden-haired wheaten fields grown high
Fields bounded by tall native trees
Colour as far as you can see
Natural beauty, that’s no lie
