Here we are yet again and this week its letter I, but before I relate all the dramas that letter brought me, let’s first check out the participants for letter H.
You can check them out below:
Fandango from This, That and the Other
So first the quick reminder, then my winge.
This prompt is very simple, there is one rule only. Your response needs to contain the letter of the week, other than that you’re free to do as you wish. The prompts I offer are not compulsory, they’re just suggestions but it does close at 12pm, so I can me to do the roundup.
If you’d like to join in use the tag #1letterperweek, and ping back and we’ll see how it goes.
Now the winge. Do you know how many animals/birds start with the letter I? 3. Yep that is it, 3 critters start with the letter I!!!!! (My husband doesn’t let me count animals like Icelandic Wolf)
The picture below is the best for the week.
So, onto I.
Place – igloo
Emotion – insecurity
Adjective – illogical
Verb – idolize
My animal – impala

It was always going to end like an igloo built in the middle of summer … badly.
What am I talking about? Ignatius the impala’s infatuation with her. It was completely illogical, I believe it stemmed from a deep-seated insecurity over his lack of antlers, but he idolized her.
He hung on her every leap, every twitch of her ears, every flutter of her ridiculously long lashes.
Yep, it was always going to end badly which is why I’m hiding in the undergrowth while my dopey brother undertakes her dare to take a long drink while the jaguar watches on.
I told him … never trust a rabbit.

Deb! That picture! I need to take lessons from you!
And congrats on the ‘I’ words. I didn’t know we even had three that began with that ignoble letter.

I think I’m really improving now 🙂. Someone did ask me to tutor them this week, but I told them I wasn’t good enough for that. I’m thinking of making mugs with my drawings on them, but there would probably be a very limited market

Maybe… I don’t know. I have a friend who’s an artist and she has her work up on certain sites that are good for selling. She’ll sell prints of her things, or bookmarks; that sort of format.

I thought for sure that your animal for the letter I would be iguana. Good thing I didn’t bet on it.

How about a lemur? Or if you wanna change it up and be a sicko, do a lamprey (just kidding please don’t).

The lamprey looks unusual, my hbby;s expecting me to do a llama
