Can you beleive it, we’re up to E already and I know you’re all just waiting to see this week’s prompts, but first a big thank you to all those who participated this week.
You can check them out below:

So before the big reveal I’d just like to stress that this ones’s real simple, only one rule, and that is you must use the letter of the week. Just remember it will close on Friday at 12pm, so I have time to do the round up.
If you’d like to join in use the tag #1letterperweek, and ping back and we’ll see how it goes.
Now onto this week’s prompts and though its predictable we’re upto D.
Place – Egypt
Emotion – envy
Adjective – elated
Verb – ejected
My animal – eagle

Eagle eyed she glared at the Egyptian beauty with envy.
Such grace, such beauty, such charm.
She knew others would be elated
But she knew the truth
Her son’s bride had ejected her from his heart.

impressive, I just walked straight past one a few minutes ago on my beach walk … pouring rain here and he was perched on one of the many dead trees littering our beaches. His wings held out at an awkward angle, not seen that before.
although the eagle
is sacred in Egypt
I hold no envy
as it caused me panic,
not elated
as it’s claw ejected
my furry lil body
over the deep blue sea!
