A Letter A Week – B

Hi Everyone and welcome to the second week of A Letter A Week, now before we run through the prompts for this week I’d like to thank all those who took the time to participate in the first week of this new prompt.

I highly recommend checking them out:

Selma from Finding the extra in the ordinary

Sadje from Keep it Alive

Zelda Winter from Poetry … if Nothing Else

Remember there’s only one rule for this one, you must use the letter of the week, otherwise its a free for all, but it will close on Friday at 12pm, so I have time to do the round up.

If you’d like to join in use the tag #1letterperweek, and ping back and we’ll see how it goes.

Now onto this week’s prompts and though its predictable we’re upto B.

Place – Boston

Emotion – broken hearted

Adjective – blissful

Verb – beware

My animal – Buffalo

    1. I just read you poem and absolutely adored it. You can do anything you like for this prompt as long as it features the letter of the week, which is B this week

      1. I really wanted to write a children’s poetry anthology, since I always love Shel Silverstein, but when I went to try and find someone to publish it I was told that “the consumers” don’t want children’s poetry. Well, maybe the consumers should think back to when they were kids and didn’t have all the technology….look how well we all turned out!

      2. Publishers look at profits, but there’s nothing stopping you from self publishing. If you’re near schools you can always contact them direct.
