In the Smith’s kitchen the atmosphere was tense to say the least. Young Johnny, aged 78 years, was completing his exam, but after 7023 attempts, expectation wasn’t high.
“Ok Johnny, cast the runes.”
Mrs Penelope’s voice cracked on the last word, she’d sworn to see everyone graduate, but at 112 she was beginning not to care.
Johnny’s brow furrowed and as he commenced the excitement built, but then Max, who at 96 was oblivious to the tension proclaimed, “I’ve gotta go.”
“Bullocks,” Was Johnny’s quick retort, and Mrs Penelope’s sighed as he proclaimed, “Where was I?”
