When I went down to the pumpkin patch tonight,
I was in for a big surprise.
When I went down to the pumpkin patch tonight,
I couldn’t believe my eyes.
For every ghoul that there ever was,
Was gathered there because,
Tonight, was the night they celebrated Halloween.
Every ghoul had his plans,
There will be tricks aplenty tonight.
Lots of screams and scary things,
What terrifying games, such a fright.
From sodden soil, they will rise,
Ready to horrify anyone that they please,
Cause the ghouls are preparing to enjoy Halloween.
Halloween is for ghosts and ghouls,
Their all preparing to have a nightmarish time tonight.
Watch out for them, as they prepare for frights,
Don’t shut your eyes for even a moment.
These ghouls have no remorse and they’re prepared to make you pay.
At midnight when the moon is high,
They’ll creep out and misbehave.
If you go down to the pumpkin patch tonight,
Take a sharp knife and be prepared.
It won’t be lovely in the pumpkin patch tonight,
You should be prepared to lay waste.
For every ghoul that ever there was,
Will be gather there together because
Tonight’s the night the ghouls celebrate Halloween
