Three Line Tales 293

Nobody really noticed when the camels began to congregate at the pyramids, most thought they were just a part of a camel train passing, but this wasn’t the case.

If anyone had really looked, they would’ve noticed an unexpected awareness, a sense of curiosity and expectation, almost hopefulness amongst the creatures, which belied their usual pragmatic and unhurried nature, but most just went about the day uncaring and unconcerned of the truth the camels represented.

It wasn’t until the dust hung in the air obscuring the view and camels began to grumble, that some paused, then the dragon flew overhead.
