Sometimes it hard to know the difference between drowning and waving, that’s what went through my mind as I watched my girlfriend bobbing up and down offshore.

I sat perfectly still, determined not to react.  You see she always said I went overboard. 

There’s a storm heading in, we’re going to get drenched, it’s a little rain Jeremy, we’ll be fine.

Did you hear that sound, there’s a burglar downstairs.  It’s just the shutters banging Jeremy, stop blowing things out of proportion.

So Officer I know it looks like negligence but I was just doing what she wanted, ok?
